Monitor progress and quality, implement risk assessments, and ensure timely delivery of both temporary and permanent works.
Liaise with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and the internal delivery team to resolve technical issues.
Lead and mentor site staff, including Clerks of Works, and coordinate with the project planner to align on schedules and milestones.
Supervise daily site works, ensuring alignment with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), EHS standards, and DOSH regulations.
Oversee and coordinate all civil and structural design activities and ensure effective site execution.
