The ERP or Finance Application Support Senior Manager leads a team responsible for day-to‑to support, release planning, upgrades, and project/enhancement delivery for designated ERP or finance modules. The role provides both strategic and tactical advice on design options and works closely with functional owners, release management, and change management to align resources and milestones. An engaging, hands‑on leader with deep system expertise is required.
The manager oversees application support and enhancement projects, coordinates design, build, test, and deployment phases, and acts as the change‑control leader for releases, upgrades, and patches across Oracle finance or ERP applications. They collaborate with functional leaders, product and release teams, and external vendors, ensuring systematic intake, risk reporting, and adherence to governance standards while maintaining uninterrupted finance operations (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, P2P, C2P).
Responsibilities also include providing consultative support to functional owners, leading meetings to resolve priority issues, delegating technical tasks, reviewing development work for quality, managing team performance and training, and championing data and process governance. The manager drives standardization, simplification, and alignment of business processes, and handles Tier 2 escalations and change‑management communication.
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field and at least 12 years of Oracle ERP support experience, including leadership of service delivery and vendor management. Preference is given to candidates with additional relevant experience, though specifics are not listed.
