Analyzes change orders/revisions to Task Orders for cost and schedule impacts.
Reports labor and cost in collaboration with project management and accounting for accrual and month end reporting.
Prepares baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams and for integration into a master schedule.
Assesses impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities, reporting findings to the project team.
Resource loads schedules and works with Project Managers to status and perform jobsite walks to verify physical progress of scheduled activities as needed.
Prepare cost status reports (CSR’s) and update as required through the project life cycle.
At the completion of a project, prepares project closeout to record the project’s data for historical information and use.
Monitors schedule deviations and variances and assists in the development of alternate methods for corrective action.
Develops, monitors, and updates integrated project plans and schedules so that projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible.
