Coordinate shipping, warehouse ops, and spare parts inventory for safety tech.

Tasks
-Spares Management: Organize, store, and issue spare parts efficiently. -Carrier Management: Track and manage shipments, proactively communicating any delays or issues. -Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to sales orders or work requests. -Equipment Operation: Operate material handling tools (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and effectively. -Material Handling: Unload, inspect, stage, and store incoming materials safely and efficiently. -Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and investigate discrepancies. -Documentation: Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including proofs of delivery (PODs) and shipping manifests. -Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. -Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and reduce lead times. -System Updates: Process all material movements (receipts, transfers, issues) in the ERP system accurately. -Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments (domestic and international), prepare documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists), and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

What You Bring
-Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. -Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control. -Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures and trade documentation. -Physical Requirements: Ability to lift boxes and stand/walk for extended periods. -Technical Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management principles and ERP system proficiency.
