APS Design & Build is growing. I’m looking for someone who turns relationships into revenue, keeps promises, moves fast, and cares deeply about client experience. If ownership, integrity, and intensity describe how you work, we’ll get along well.

You’ve spent 8 to 15 years in Design & Build, Interiors, or GC. You know corporate interiors, you’ve closed deals, and you understand the Hyderabad ecosystem. You’re comfortable with numbers, proposals, BOQs, and negotiations. You keep a tight CRM and you follow through.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record in the corporate interiors or Design & Build (D&B) industry is a plus.
Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and revenue.
Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies.
Experienced in Team Management for leading and developing sales teams effectively.
Proficient in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships.
