- Review orders for quality and accuracy.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
- Perform preventative maintenance on foam machine and other equipment as needed.
- Follow processes for expedite shipments affecting the production schedule.
- Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairs.
- Maintain clean, orderly work area.
- Transport materials and finished product to the appropriate work area utilizing hand trucks, forklifts, and other mechanical devices.
- Report repairs and/or issues to team lead or supervisor.
- Follow all safety rules and adhere to core value of business.
- Confirm documents, shipping details or special instructions are complete and accurate.

- Able to communicate verbally and in writing

- 1 year experience in construction/shipping/manufacturing environment

- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Comfortable with hand tools, pneumatic air tools, and overhead cranes
- Perform repetitive motions.

- Plant environment with potential exposure to bad weather, excessive heat/ cold, and/or excessive noise.
- Strong math skills and ability to use/read tape measurements
- Lifting to 50 pounds with assistance.
