The Project Executive drives strategic direction and ensures flawless execution across complex portfolios in heavy industrial, water/wastewater, manufacturing, and power generation sectors within the Heavy‑Industrial/Mechanical Division. This role champions client and engineer relationship management, enforces safety and quality standards, and safeguards financial performance. The Project Executive empowers Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant Project Managers (APMs) to deliver on contractual commitments while elevating outcomes through governance, stakeholder engagement, and broader organizational influence beyond the project level.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience, and have 5–10 years of senior leadership with full P&L responsibility for $15–25M+ projects. Required expertise includes construction methodologies, design principles, financial management, and proficiency with PM, scheduling, estimating, and ERP platforms such as Timberline, COINS, Primavera, Procore, MS Project, plus OSHA‑10, a DOT medical card, a valid driver’s license, and successful background checks.
