Responsibility for the region’s part exchange properties, ensuring re-sales are marketed and progressed to exchange and completion within required timescales.
Complete weekly part-exchange and sales reports, and other ad-hoc company reporting when required.
Manage communication and administration with the Persimmon Legal department, Estate Agents, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers.
Dealing with phone enquiries from potential and current customers in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring company standards are adhered to.
Recording and inputting sales/part exchange information and customer extras accurately onto the COINs system.
General Admin support for the Sales Director and on-site sales offices.
