The company is seeking a Superintendent whose primary responsibility is to manage all job‑site functions related to home construction while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves overseeing the construction of multiple homes from permit to closing, scheduling and supervising subcontractors, conducting homeowner walk‑throughs and inspections, and upholding the company’s construction and safety standards.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, have two to four years of relevant experience, and be capable of managing the “13 Milestones of Construction” within JDE. Required skills include reading construction documents, understanding municipal permitting and building codes, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, cost‑control, and proficiency with DRH construction applications, MS Office, and mobile devices. Physical demands involve standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as exposure to outdoor weather and construction site hazards.
A bachelor’s degree is a preferred qualification, and the ability to perform under high pressure and high production environments is valued. D.R.
