Investment Asset Manager

Description

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Acts as the primary point of contact between the investment team and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes and communication.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepares and presents regular performance reports to the Director of Investments, detailing operational status, financial results, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Vendor & Partner Management: Sources, negotiates with, and manages relationships with third-party service providers, property managers, and other external partners to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Performance Optimization: Develops and implements strategies to maximize asset value and operational efficiency, including proactive maintenance schedules and service contract management.
• Financial Oversight: Creates, manages, and reports on annual operating budgets for each asset. Monitors financial performance against projections, analyzes variances, and approves relevant expenditures.
• Project Management: Leads and manages the end-to-end lifecycle for new investments post-approval, including due diligence and closing, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
