In this role, you will be responsible for implementing strategic workforce planning and development. You will support the goals of the Workforce Development team and serve as an internal advisor initiating ideas across the organization that influence strategy and collaborative culture.
- Work in collaboration with internal strategic partners /customers to create development paths aligned with internal customer needs
- Develop an implementation plan for partnerships with key feeder/pipeline organizations and outreach program
- Develop and distribute promotional materials and/or web presence
- Use metrics and analytics to create follow-up and action reports for programs
- Collaborate with both the Human Resources and Operations teams
- Actively participate in the communication, alignment, and implementation of strategic workforce planning and development initiatives across the enterprise in support of business goals and strategic objectives
- Actively participate in the creation, recommendation, and implementation of strategic workforce planning and development programs
- Analyze partner relationships with current and potential external partners to assist with pipeline development opportunities
- Research best practices in all areas of strategic workforce planning and development
- Establish strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to continuously remain aligned with current business issues and opportunities, as related to strategic workforce planning and development
- Collaborate with strategic partners and customers to identify key-critical positions and potential pipelines to explore, as well as develop realistic project timelines

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
- Ability to research and call representatives of existing and potential feeder programs and then nurture a relationship with those programs that will feed potential mid-career candidates to Haskell
- Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities and balance multiple diverse tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and innovation
- Highly organized
- Experience with web-based technologies to create new and update existing tools to help Haskell's Operations Leaders predict growth by position and hires needed to achieve that growth
- Bachelor's Degree: Business, HR, Communications, Marketing, or Related
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
- Ability to research and recommend new metrics to incorporate into existing predictive models
