Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues on Windows-based systems.
You will work closely with other team members to provide first and second-line support to end users, assisting with desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues, as well as troubleshooting basic network and software problems. The role also involves equipment setups, and supporting wider IT projects and rollouts.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out using the IT ticketing system.
Work collaboratively within a small IT team to deliver effective support across the business.
Assist with software rollouts, updates, and basic network troubleshooting.
Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained, logged, and tracked through the asset management system.
Provide day-to-day technical support to users, deskside in person, via phone, and email.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-line support when required.
Assist in setting up new users and deploying devices in line with company standards.
Support user account administration (password resets, permissions, access requests, etc.).
Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Security Clearance (SC) eligibility is essential due to the nature of the work.
