You will work with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget. You will support contractor pre‑qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and provide recommendations, as well as assist in contract negotiations. You will help the client’s team in identifying, scoping, buying out and scheduling all Owner‑direct vendors and consultants, and collaborate with the commercial and PCG teams to develop budget management and tracking. You will establish close‑out documentation requirements with the document controller and assist with city or other authority final inspections, occupancy processes, and the coordination and management of all Owner‑direct vendors and consultants.
You have an in‑depth understanding of large‑scale technical projects and construction techniques, and experience delivering HV packages. You are capable of managing technical disciplines and have worked on data‑centre new builds and refurbishments, preferably on hyperscale projects. You are willing to undertake significant international travel and are familiar with local legislation in Finland.
