Establish and coordinate standardized multi-level project reviews based on priorities and agreed upon criteria.
Ensure effective collaboration and alignment with team members such as Project Managers, Enterprise Scheduling, Engineering, Change Management, Operations and others.
Promote a strong culture and enterprise-wide standards for handling risks, opportunities, and lessons learned.

Technical bachelor’s degree required, MBA or master’s in business, or related field preferred.
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Experienced in training, coaching, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Familiarity with PM@Siemens is a strong asset.
Proven leadership in driving enterprise-wide process improvements and leading high-performance teams.
Proven track record to craft and implement project management methodologies.
PMP, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification.
5+ years of project management experience in the industrial sector with a strong record of successful execution
Skilled in risk, opportunity, and stakeholder management.
