This is a transformational, high-impact role where you will serve exclusively as the Owner's Representative. Your mandate is to secure, manage, and optimize the third-party operator relationships that drive portfolio value by strategically combining business development expertise to source opportunities and strong negotiation capabilities to finalize complex agreements.

  • Establish and continuously refine key development processes and systems from the ground up to effectively track, evaluate, and prioritize deals.
  • Ensure all deals are properly documented and tracked for efficient review and approval.
  • Represent the company at key conferences and events, building and maintaining relationships with key owner/operator stakeholders to secure and maintain robust deal flow.
  • Oversee and manage the entire development and acquisition deal cycle, including initial sourcing, detailed site analysis, market assessment, financial feasibility, and conclusion of agreements.
  • Actively manage the deal pipeline and associated documentation for all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Seasoned professional with proven track record in the Hospitality industry and significant experience from either the owner or operator side, focused on development and growth.
  • Possesses a proactive mindset, driving assertive, sustainable brand and portfolio expansion.
  • Adept at collaborating with major international hotel operators and navigating complex internal and external stakeholder relationships with tact and influence.
  • Expertise spans the full development cycle, including branding, strategic negotiation, and securing new opportunities.
  • Highly effective at strategic negotiations that successfully secure complex partnerships and aggressively maximize owner value.
  • Singapore based, APAC scope
  • Experienced in establishing key development processes and systems to improve deal evaluation and tracking efficiency.
  • A Degree/Masters in Hospitality/Hotel Management, BA, Real Estate, Finance or Economics.
  • Possesses a track record of successfully concluding multiple complex management agreements (HMAs) and LOIs.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the APAC market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
