Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the renewables sector.
Acceptable: Candidates with extensive sales experience in high power industries will be considered, especially if they demonstrate a strong sales track record and adaptability.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Act independently in decision-making processes, demonstrating the ability to take calculated risks and initiative without waiting for directives.
Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 3 weeks per month, to meet with customers and attend industry events.
