Managing the progress of works at various sites in coordination with project staff, to meet client expectations within time constraints, budget, safety, environmental and quality
Assist field technicians and provide coaching to improve performance, quality and end user customer experience
Use the latest technology & systems daily
Daily supervision ensuring that technicians have appropriate tools, testing equipment and materials & skills to enable the completion of tasks
Deliver maintenance and customer activation services on the nbn® network across Sydney
