

Provides integrated industrial services including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance.
The Project Leader will manage each project from conceptual stage through final completion, coordinating site‑visit meetings, documenting existing conditions, producing quantity takeoffs, and generating detailed estimates using estimating software. Responsibilities include preparing bid packages, conducting pre‑bid meetings, maintaining submittal logs, developing detailed construction schedules, supervising on‑site subcontractors, and delivering complete close‑out documentation such as as‑built drawings, permits, warranties, and O&M manuals.
Candidates must possess a B.S. (highly preferred) or Associate degree in construction or engineering, and at least ten years of experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor managing multi‑trade renovation projects. Prior JOC experience, familiarity with RS Means or other unit‑price books, and proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and estimating/scheduling software are preferred. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, the ability to read engineering drawings, and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
