Tasks

-Mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians, providing technical guidance and quality oversight. -Lead and manage site design projects for industrial and commercial developments from concept through construction. -Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and assisting in client presentations. -Develop and review site grading, utility, stormwater management, and erosion control plans. -Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and other design disciplines to ensure compliance with regulations and project objectives. -Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and permit applications.

What You Bring
