Program Launch Execution – Lead / Support Production Trial Run (PTR) activity including serial number tracking, issue documentation, and engineering review to issue closure.
Program Disciplines – Lead / Support Program Deliverable (Integrator) assessments, monitor and track issues to closure, engage with plant floor “whiteboard” activity from installation start through commissioning.
Program Reporting – Lead / Support updates / publish of various program review decks.
Program Launch Reporting – Lead / Support program scorecard activity / review discipline from Launch Readiness () thru OK to Buy ().
Equipment Readiness – Lead / Support the Machine Tryout (MTO) - Make Like Production (MLP) Part Ordering process & track status.
Program Issue Management – Lead / Support issues management system tracking and closure.
