  • Oversee predictive and condition-based maintenance programmes (e.g., vibration, thermography) and interpret results to guide decisions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of asset maintenance strategies to ensure reliable plant and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Analyse equipment performance and maintenance data to identify recurring issues and deliver long-term engineering solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, integrating digital tools and smart maintenance practices.
  • Provide technical expertise to optimise maintenance planning, cost management, and resource utilisation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.

  • Proven ability to diagnose equipment issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong experience with CMMS systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience, ideally with 3+ years in a reliability or maintenance engineering role.
  • Familiarity with cGMP or regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.
