  • Lead a Team: Supervise and support a team of engineers and subcontractors, providing training and mentoring to drive performance and development.

  • Plan & Execute Repairs: Coordinate and schedule lift repair jobs to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime. Ensure parts and documentation are ready before the job starts.
  • Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers during repair works, offering clear updates and professional service.
  • Deliver Results: Ensure all repairs meet safety standards, quality expectations, and budget targets. Conduct site audits and follow up on completed jobs.
