Payroll Advisor

Description

• Supporting continuous improvement and service excellence across payroll operations
• End-to-end payroll processing using PayGlobal across multiple EBAs and sites
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, EBAs, and company policies
• Collaborating with internal teams (HR, IT, Tax, Procurement) and external providers

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll, ideally in large or complex environments
• High-level accuracy in data entry and payroll checking
• Proven ability to manage multiple EBAs and interpret lengthy agreements
• Experience with PayGlobal is highly desirable
• Accurate data entry, leave reconciliations, and employee separation payments
