  • Drive supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to ensure competitive sourcing.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes for data centre and industrial construction projects.

  • Collaborate with project and commercial teams to forecast procurement needs.

My client are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in Dublin, supporting major data centre and industrial facility builds across Ireland and Europe. This is a critical role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing strategic procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.

  • Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within the construction industry, ideally with exposure to data centre or industrial projects.
  • Exposure to high-profile, cutting-edge construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value procurement packages and complex supply chains.
  • Knowledge of EU procurement regulations and construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC, NEC) is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
