Create and implement sourcing strategies for recruiting for a variety of roles, including operations, administrative, etc.

Support or participate in recruiting events, job fairs, or off-site hiring initiatives.
Assist with offer preparation, reference checks, and pre-employment processes as needed.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recommend sourcing or screening approaches.
Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Source and engage with candidates using various job boards and passive search techniques.

3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition coordination.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
