Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge for luxury communities in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential hospitality, provide excellent member service, maintain professional relationships, and demonstrate high energy, problem‑solving skills, and efficient front‑desk management.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have prior residential concierge experience (ideally with 250+ units), and be familiar with building‑management software such as Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, or Entrata. Strong written and oral communication, computer literacy for reporting and signage, professional appearance, customer‑service focus, detail‑orientation, multitasking ability, local area knowledge, flexible availability—including weekends—and excellent planning, organization, and time‑management skills are required. Successful hire will also need to pass a background investigation and reference check.
The position offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour with a schedule of Sunday and Monday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, and Tuesday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
