Service Team Leader

Description

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, handling scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure high team performance through daily leadership, coaching, development, and corrective actions.
• Maintain maximum equipment availability by performing maintenance and servicing in line with Aggreko policies.
• Manage equipment transfer requests and verify that units are green‑carded and fully functional for deployment.
• Keep accurate records of yard‑based assets, inventory, parts supply, core returns, and monitor service material costs against budget and KPIs.
• Prepare and submit commissioning, test, rental, performance, KPI, and decommissioning reports to facilitate final customer payments.
• Oversee the submission and certification of vendor services (LR/DC) to enable timely vendor payments.
• Review and certify technician expense reports in Concur.
• Procure supplies, parts, and fleet through requisitions and confirm receipt.
• Execute customer contracts and deliver services in strict accordance with Aggreko standards and company policies.
• Act as secondary contact for ARM alarms.

Requirements

• Hold a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (minimum qualification).
• Possess 8–10 years of service experience in a similar industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing service operations and coordinating with vendors.
