- Bonne connaissance de la CNESST et de ces mécanismes;
- Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office;

- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) — un atout considérable puisque certaines divisions sont anglophones et que le poste interagit également avec le bureau chef.
- Baccalauréat en relations industrielles, en ressources humaines ou dans une discipline connexe — ou AEC en ressources Humaines
- Expérience de travail en milieu syndiqué;
- Agir à titre de conseiller(ère), de coach et de consultant(e) de confiance pour les gestionnaires;
- Capacité de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
- Un environnement dynamique et stimulant, fondé sur l’honnêteté, la confiance et le respect ;
- Temps plein 40 h/semaine du lundi au vendredi ;
