- Read and interpret Control, Mechanical, Electrical drawings and circuit diagrams as needed
- Program and commission BMS systems.
- Manage your personal WIP (Work in Progress) Service Orders from generation through completion.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose BMS systems and networks to automate building systems.
- Replace and/or repair building automation control equipment and devices.

- Tech-Savvy with computers.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Class C driver’s license and clean driver’s record.
- Experience in the light commercial / Residential HVAC industry preferred but not required.
- Commercial/construction service experience a plus.
- 5-6 years of experience preferred but not required.
- LEB preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail.
