Production Training Supervisor
Helion
Develops magneto-inertial fusion reactors to generate zero‑carbon electricity via direct energy conversion.
Develop and lead training programs for Helion's production technicians.
Support onboarding programs for new production team members, ensuring required training is delivered in a timely and effective manner
Partner with production subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, author, and continuously improve training content, materials, and assessments
Partner with Production, Environment Health & Safety, and Leaning & Development teams to forecast training needs, identify skills gaps, and proactively build solutions to close them
Create, manage, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools in the LMS that provide production leadership with real-time visibility into training compliance and requirements
Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement improvements to maximize technician skill development and knowledge retention
Lead a team of trainers that deliver and administer technical trainings to technicians across multiple teams and shifts. You will personally deliver trainings, as required
Ensure all training records are accurately captured, tracked, and maintained within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinate with external vendors to schedule, administer, and track completion of required external trainings (e.g., safety, compliance, equipment-specific)

5+ years of experience in manufacturing training role or similar
Experience operating heavy-duty machinery (forklift, boom/scissor lift, and bridge crane) and using light fabrication tools (power tools, mills, and lathes)
Experience administering training programs utilizing Learning Management Systems
