  • Work with corporate to maintain/update TSL database and other order handling systems (SAP, etc.) as necessary to keep inventories accurate
  • Accurate inventory accounting
  • Maintain and support staff on all aspects of safety and awareness
  • Climb on/off ladders, stairs, and equipment; kneeling, bending and reaching
  • Manage inventory and warehousing at central warehouse to support business and operational requirements
  • monthly audit of shelf-life items to ensure expired materials are removed from stock
  • timely posting of all inventory transactions such as receiving, shipping, and stock transfers
  • Supervise staff ensuring all aspects of warehouse management are satisfied and meet established guidelines
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure:
  • Create, with PgM, tool utilization forecasts and budgets
  • Update Standard Operating Process (SOP) for central warehouse operation
  • maintenance of all locations such as empty stock locations, INBND, In-transit and defective locations
  • Assist with management of budget
  • Oversee onsite inventory storage, organization and functions of warehouse
  • Operation of vehicles and plant equipment
  • Collaborate with site/project staff on support requests
  • completion of monthly cycle counts, and bi-annual physical inventories
  • Ensure all tools are kept in compliance with safety and ISO standards for use

  • Driver’s license is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 5 or more years of inventory or warehouse experience
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, use hand tools and various tools weighing up to 15 pounds; push/pull of up to 25 pounds (force)
  • Driver’s license & ability to operate of vehicles and plant equipment
  • Ability to complete weekly reports
  • Occasional use of hand tools and various tools weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Key competencies include but not limited to: Proactive decision making, partnering and teaming skills, customer focus, Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, self-motivated and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer software, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel as business demands

  • Associates degree required, BS preferred; applicable field knowledge may be seen in lieu of degree
