At least 5 years’ experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role
Strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills
MR Licence (desirable, not essential)
Energex accreditations – highly regarded
Flexibility to work day/night shifts and jump on or off the tools as needed
Excavator license and posi track ticket with 12+ months’ experience
