Liaise with other team members and manage fit out projects as required.
Assist with Planning & Building Regulation Applications & submissions for projects.
Undertaking a variety of site surveys, inspections & measured surveys nationally on interior projects with production of existing layouts, elevations & sections.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD (LT or full).
Sketch Up or 3D modelling experience would also be an advantage.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of client timelines & requirements.
High degree of accuracy & presentation.
Preferably living within easy access to the Peterborough Head Office.
A full, valid driving license is essential.
Previous experience in surveying projects (measured site surveys & inspections).
Good knowledge of the Internal Fit Out & Construction Industry would be useful.
Space plan retail & commercial projects with ability to interpret designs, concepts & produce working drawings
Good design & space planning skills and an understanding of the design process.
