Monitor and update site build programme with Production Director
Conduct site safety induction for new personnel
Hold weekly meetings with Sales Executive
Ensure method statements and risk assessments are followed
Develop trade-specific weekly programmes
Complete statutory safety forms weekly
Accompany inspectors during visits
Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
Develop detailed method statement for site development
Evaluate and provide accurate information to relevant departments
Assist Production Director in creating site programme
Secure site boundaries and facilities daily
Develop specific build programme for show area complex
Coordinate plant, equipment, and personnel requirements
Monitor subcontractors' safety documentation
Conduct property inspections for quality assurance
Monitor waste separation by subcontractors
Assist with customer familiarisation visits
Conduct regular contractors’ meetings
Issue defect sheets and ensure compliance
Manage Show Home maintenance weekly
Design roads, sewers, and enabling works programme
Coordinate customer options and variations
Assist in producing and updating health and safety plan
Complete weekly management reports on progress
Plan and arrange stage inspections
Establish and manage quality standards
Coordinate material deliveries with materials controller
Ensure defect-free homes at legal completion
Implement Company franchise rules for site appearance
Conduct frequent safety inspections
Monitor and update master plan weekly
Ensure waste disposal compliance
Address customer concerns post-occupancy
