Facilities Administrator

Description

The Facilities Administrator will support assurance activities and facilities administration within the Sydney Airport aviation precinct, reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager. This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation and system updates, and managing stakeholder communications in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

• Support assurance activities by gathering, documenting and closing out findings in line with required timeframes
• Maintain registers, records and evidence within digital systems
• Liaise with internal teams to support governance, compliance and reporting requirements
• Administer parking access, applications and enquiries across airport sites
• Manage stakeholder communications with a professional, service‑oriented approach
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce repeat findings

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration, coordination or office‑based roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using digital systems and learning new platforms
• Customer‑focused approach with strong stakeholder interaction skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience in corporate, aviation, infrastructure or regulated environments
• Exposure to assurance, compliance or governance processes
• Familiarity with access control or facilities systems
• Experience supporting risk, compliance or operational teams
