Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Director of Corporate Strategy will collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and improve performance across the organization. This executive‑level role shapes Rosendin’s long‑term direction and oversees multiple strategic work streams.
- Partner with C‑suite executives and the board to define and implement long‑term corporate strategy
- Lead multiple strategic work streams across functions and regions to enhance business performance
- Develop growth initiatives such as revenue expansion, market development, and cost reduction
- Create strategic presentations, playbooks, and implementation plans for executive and field teams
- Design sophisticated financial models for valuation, cash‑flow analysis, and profit forecasting
- Conduct market, competitive, and acquisition analyses to support M&A opportunities
- Recruit, train, and mentor high‑potential members of the strategy team
- Gather and validate data from diverse sources, extract insights, and oversee implementation with operations
- Travel to job sites as needed to assess needs, present recommendations, and ensure smooth adoption of new practices
- Utilize advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data‑visualization tools for analysis and reporting
- Participate in Rosendin’s charitable giving match through the Rosendin Foundation
