  • Have basic tools for the works involved
  • Relevant experience with and tickets for excavators, dumpers and other equipment
  • NRSWA accreditation would be preferable
  • Experience to fulfil the duties required
  • A full clean UK driving licence
  • Experience with all plant - excavators, dumpers etc
  • A valid CSCS card
  • UTR number
  • Foundations, concrete slabs, RC works and Block & Beam floor
  • Kerb laying (Streetworks required)
  • Employment references
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate commitment to exceeding deadlines
