Design and manage a risk management framework that is responsive to key emerging risks;
Ensure an integrated and consistent approach to risk management across the Mercury business.
Create and deliver on a cohesive and efficient monitoring and reporting framework that serves the needs of Management, Leadership and the Board.
Work with other key second line functions towards a mature integrated assurance model.
Design and deliver training workshops and communications to build risk literacy and engagement.
Champion a strong risk culture by promoting awareness, understanding and ownership of risk across all levels of the organisation and support the Leadership in maturing the approach to risk management.
Support management to identify, assess and manage key relevant risks that could impact Mercury’s reputation, strategic and operational objectives and/or financial wellbeing.
Support Mercury in maintaining fit for purpose business continuity and crisis management plans.
Develop and implement best in class risk management policies, procedures and ways of working.
