Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor- Energy & Natural Resources

Description

• Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget.
• Proactively monitor cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering.
• Manage contract changes effectively while maintaining governance and best practice.
• Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy.

Requirements

To meet rising demand and ambitious growth plans, Turner & Townsend is recruiting Cost Managers with proven experience in the Power sector, including distribution, transmission and renewables. The role offers the chance to work with high‑profile clients, develop consultancy skills and diversify sector exposure, while supporting hybrid and part‑time working arrangements.

• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject (preferred).
• Pursue or hold membership with a relevant professional body.
• Experience with contract management, preferably NEC3 Option C.
