- PMP, Agile, or SAP-related certifications are a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA migration or implementation is a plus.
- Experience working with global teams and managing offshore delivery partners.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs
- 7+ years of experience in SAP project/program management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules; hands-on configuration experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
