Summer Intern

Description

This is a temporary, on-site Summer Intern role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The intern will support various departments at H. J. Russell & Company by assisting with ongoing construction, program management, property management, or real estate development projects. Responsibilities may include conducting research, data analysis, preparing reports, assisting with project coordination, and supporting project teams with administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on learning opportunities and exposure to industry best practices, with mentorship from seasoned professionals in the field.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to contribute to reports and presentations.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant software is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Analytical and research skills, including the ability to collect and interpret data effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform tasks with attention to detail.
