The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to implementation and compliance. This role requires close collaboration with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure contracts align with company policies, while also fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth execution. Ongoing monitoring of deliverables, proactive issue resolution, regular audits, and reporting on performance are essential to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and bring at least 15 years of experience managing contracts on large-scale projects, including familiarity with Saudi Arabian procurement law. They possess deep expertise in pricing, contract law, drafting, administration, change order negotiation, and project planning, as well as comprehensive knowledge of prime and sub‑contract administration for multi‑discipline construction. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are required.
