Project Coordinator

Description

• Perform timely and accurate data entry and reporting as needed across various platforms.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and team events, supporting leadership and department heads.
• Coordinate and supervise overall office operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in office procedures, communication, and workflow to optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with office policies and contribute to the development of updated procedures.
• Oversee the distribution and inventory management of all office equipment and supplies to ensure accountability and readiness across teams.
• Review police reports, letters of intent, and other critical documents, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide general administrative support to leadership and other departments, handling confidential information with discretion.
• Act as a primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients, fostering clear and effective communication.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in office administration or operations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry systems.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and accountability.
