Support Project Delivery

Managers, Sales team, Service team, and Site Leads, you will focus on scheduling, logistics,

  • Escalate scope or budget concerns to senior team members.
  • Ensure handover from projects to service is smooth and well-documented.
  • Document client feedback and track action items to closure.
  • maintain trust with our team and clients.
  • Assist with managing project lifecycles from kickoff through handover.
  • Assist with Risk and Issue Tracking
  • Provide timely updates and progress reports.
  • Participate in site walk-throughs and reviews with senior staff.

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for clients on scheduling and coordination.
  • Plan and Coordinate Teams
  • Support client responsiveness by tracking and following up on open issues.
  • Help Ensure Quality
  • Coordinate Service Support
  • Escalate technical issues to AV specialists to minimize client impact.
  • Adjust resources across multiple sites and service calls as priorities shift.
  • Build and update schedules that account for travel, site access, and logistics.
  • Support compliance with construction safety regulations and COR standards.
  • Identify scheduling or logistical risks early and bring them forward with
  • Work with the Service team to schedule technicians for client requests and SLA
  • Track deliverables and flag potential issues for escalation.
  • Schedule and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and site leads in alignment with
  • Ensure safety requirements and company standards are factored into planning.

This role is ideal for someone with construction coordination or scheduling experience who

is comfortable with technology, even if not an AV specialist. Working closely with our Project

Prefered Certifications

  • RRSP matching.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with client-facing experience.
  • CSA-approved Green Triangle Safety Boots (6–8”) – required for site access.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, service coordination, or
  • AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
  • Competence with scheduling or project management tools.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness/flexibility to travel as required.
  • Comfortable with technology; AV experience is an asset but not required.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License – Alberta or equivalent.
