The Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day operations, financial results, and staffing across the assigned portfolio of apartment communities. This includes hiring, training, and developing personnel, managing occupancy, marketing, budgeting, forecasting, maintenance, asset preservation, capital improvements, collections, evictions, refunds, and safety and security to meet owner expectations and protect assets. The role is remote/hybrid with travel throughout the Bay Area and must adhere to corporate policies and directives.

Compensation is based on a range that considers business needs, experience, skills, and location. In addition to the base salary, the position may be eligible for a bonus program paid bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, tied to individual and company performance.
