Effective stakeholder and vendor management, proactive risk mitigation, regular reporting, and delivering end‑user training are also key components.
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager on a 6‑12 month contract (fixed‑term or day‑rate, inside IR35) to accelerate delivery of our roadmap of improvements and new tools. This senior individual‑contributor role will own project delivery from high‑level planning with senior leadership to hands‑on technical implementation. The ideal candidate is a technical problem‑solver who can navigate complex integrations and guide teams through change.
Candidates must have extensive experience as an Implementation or hands‑on Project Manager delivering complex, multi‑departmental SaaS projects. Deep knowledge of SaaS integrations, modern tech architecture, agentic AI and workflow automation is required. The position demands independent decision‑making, fast‑paced delivery, and adaptability in a rapidly changing technology environment.
Experience in leasing or financial services, B2B sales suite deployment, AI tooling within SaaS applications, or certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP will be considered an advantage.
