Experience navigating complex construction and property markets and working collaboratively and innovatively to deliver tangible value for money outcomes.
Tertiary degree or higher qualification in property, construction, architecture, design, engineering, project management or related fields.
Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver housing outcomes with the right balance between policy outcomes and commercial delivery.
An understanding of state and local government economic, planning, and other policy drivers, including the Victorian government’s Housing Statement, and their impact on successful delivery of housing projects.
A proven track record in the timely establishment of strategy and delivery of greenfield housing projects spanning land development, house and townhouse construction and medium density apartment delivery.
