In this role you will drive the company’s growth strategy by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You’ll leverage sales expertise, relationship building, and market analysis to expand the client base and strengthen partnerships with key retail stakeholders. The position can be performed remotely anywhere in the US within reasonable distance to a major airport.
You will proactively research and identify potential retail clients, generate leads through cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing, and build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers. Working with internal teams, you will tailor solutions, communicate our value proposition, manage the sales pipeline from prospect to closure, and lead negotiations and proposal preparation. You will stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer‑success teams.

We require at least five years of direct sales and business development experience, strong C‑suite communication skills, and a high level of detail‑orientation, organization, and productivity. An entrepreneurial, agile, and solutions‑focused attitude, the ability to create compelling sales presentations, and comfort working both independently and within a matrix organization are essential.
The hiring salary range is $112,100 to $168,400, based on experience and qualifications, and includes a competitive sales incentive plan tied to volume, margin, and performance, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
