- Experience with 3-axis, 4th, and 5th axis Haas mills.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining, specifically with Haas equipment.
- Expertise in G-code programming.
- Hands-on machining experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Welding and fabrication experience (MIG/TIG) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing practices.
- Experience with tight tolerances (e.g., ±0.0002") and high-precision parts.
- Understanding of machining principles, feeds/speeds, and tool selection.
- Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidWorks CAM.
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
