This is a part-time, on-site role for a Municipal Consultant based in Wichita, KS. The role involves collaborating with municipal clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their goals. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of high-performing building projects. You will also assist in creating project proposals and presentations, as well as ensuring timely, efficient project outcomes. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage projects and meet deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate municipal needs and propose viable solutions
• Proficiency with office and project management tools
• Ability to work on-site in Wichita, KS, and maintain a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Experience or familiarity with government projects, municipal operations, or construction project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Public Administration, Engineering, or Business, is preferred
